The Flagler County Art League is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization that generates revenue from its programs
and activities as well as community support in the form of contributions, bequests, in-kind donations, grants,
endowments, and Benefactor affiliation. We encourage your support at one of the levels listed above and hope you will
enjoy the benefits we offer as a token of our appreciation for your support. A portion of your contribution may be tax

Bequests will play an important role in the future success and development of The Art League. A gift,
either during your lifetime or through your will or life insurance, enables the Art League to continue its vital
artistic role in the community. Bequests of all sizes are of critical importance to our future. As a
Benefactor of The Art League, you are a key contributor to maintaining the vitality of this unique
organization and building an endowment that will assure that the Art League will provide future audiences
with enriching visual arts experiences.
The Art League is a private non-profit, exempt from income tax under 501(C) (3) of the Internal Revenue
code. Gifts and bequests to the Art League are deductible for income, gift, and estate tax purposes to the
extent provided by law. You should consult your tax professional for additional information.
To those who wish to leave funds by will, the following form is suggested:
I give and bequeath to The Flagler County Art League, incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida
and having its principal office in the City of Palm Coast, Florida, the sum of ______Dollars for the general
uses and purposes of The Art League.

the bequests in such ways as will best promote the art activities for which it was organized. If a limited

CORPORATE SUPPORT
The Art League welcomes corporate sponsors to help support our many visual arts programs and events.
Sponsorship of shows, events and underwriting educational and outreach programming is an excellent
way businesses can support culture in their community.
CORPORATE RETREATS
The Art League invites businesses to bring the fine arts into their office culture by participating in a fine art
retreat. Retreats are offered in a variety of media, including drawing, ceramics, painting, watercolor, and
bookmaking. This is a wonderful opportunity to relax and explore the visual arts and provide a unique and
creatively stimulating experience for your employees while supporting culture in the community. Please

ENDOWMENTS/DIRECTED GIVING
The Art League sponsors two graduating high school seniors interested in pursuing the arts in their
continuing education with $500 scholarships. Donations to reach this goal and expand on the endowment
are greatly appreciated.
Gifts to endow other League activities and programs, such as Best of Show awards, are invited and
welcomed. Directed giving is an opportunity to support to a favorite program or Art League activity.
