    FCAL “Summer Gallery Sale”

    July & August 2011  (Drop off date Friday July 8 starting at 9 AM)

    Rent professional gallery space for your artwork, photos & sculpture.

    We provide opening receptions for potential buyers and free advertising.

    We accept cash, check and credit card for your sale payments.

    Special Summer Rates are now available!

    This summer the Flagler County Art League is offering an opportunity to display your artwork in our Main
    Gallery. Choose one or several, 3’ wide by 6’ tall, wall display spaces or one of our free standing display
    units. Floor space and pedestals are also available for sculpture and display cases for jewelry. Exhibitors
    may rent spaces for either July or August at a reasonable monthly rate or choose to rent for both months
    at a discount.  Exhibitors are allowed to change their exhibited pieces any time during gallery hours.  
    Exhibited pieces may be for sale or not for sale.

    Your monthly rental fee includes:

       
     Signage with exhibitor’s name over their space(s).
        
    Wall label cards for each exhibited piece, including the exhibitor’s name, title of the exhibited piece, media,
    size and price (if for sale).
       
     Exhibitor names will be printed in an Exhibitor’s List available to all visitors to the gallery.
        
    Opening Reception for each month of the Summer Gallery Sale, one on the Second Saturday of July (7/9)
    and a second one on the Second Saturday of August (8/13) – 6 to 9 PM.
       
     Inclusion of Exhibitor’s name in the ‘Summer Gallery Sale’ section of the FCAL website.
       
     Exhibitor’s name will be inserted in a 3” x 5” ad in the Palm Coast Observer.
        
    The FCAL will advertise the Summer Gallery Show on FlaglerLive.com and in other media,
        
    The Summer Gallery Show will be included in the calendar of events in local newspapers.
        
    Exhibitors will receive invitation postcards for the Opening Receptions and the gallery sale so they may
    invite whomever they wish to attend.
       
     FCAL staff will sell your work for you and can accept cash, check and credit card payments.



    Rental charges are as follows:

        Each 3’ x 6’ wall space      $30 for July or August
        Each 3’ x 6’ wall space when ordered for 2 months  $25 each month
        Each 3’ x 6’ free standing presentation unit section  $25 each month (no discounts)
        Each 1’ x 1’ floor space or pedestal    $10 each month (no discounts)



    Wall and free standing presentation unit locations are on a first rented, first selected basis.
